He arranged an 8 am pickup with Jeff - 4 hours later, I met Jeff at Littles with a once again fully functioning SeaDoo - no more rope infested impeller and a properly functioning oil gauge. Being hard of hearing, I contacted Adam last night, who apparently refused to go home until he could find one more customer to help. Having tried it, and found that it didn't work, Bill then interrupted dessert to let me know that I should contact Adam on Friday morning. Bill interrupted his dinner to assure me that the machine wouldn't explode if I tried it. As you all know (maybe not Deborah), Charlie and Joey sucked up a mooring line in our SeaDoo last night. I wanted to send along a note of thanks for the SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE you guys continue to provide. The only thing missing is another Captain so I can enjoy the scenery.Again, thanks and hope you're all enjoying your summer." The hydraulic swim platform is a very nice option as well and we're the only boat that has one. The layout, has lots of room and storage space. The 8.2 liter makes a big difference and surprisingly running around 3-3.5 rpm its pretty good on fuel. The boat gets huge compliments and having to answer a lot of questions on what kind of boat it is, where I bought it, etc., so it has impressed a lot of boaters around this area and the blue and yellow striping is very eye catching on the water. I have operated a Rinker, Bay Liner, Rosborough, Boston Whaler and our SAR boat which is a 24 foot FRC.all good boats, but there's that but with the handling, the way it cuts through the water, the throttle is so very smooth and the turning on the water is very nice. I must say what a pleasure it is operating the Cobalt. I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation for the promptness in addressing the issues with the vessel and getting me back on the water as quickly as it has been. "I received the call about a week and a half ago and been wanting to send this email for about the same time since getting my Cobalt back in the water.
